We're working in partnership with a long-established and highly regarded specialist contractor renowned for delivering exceptional bespoke/craft joinery and high-end interior fit-out projects. With a strong pipeline of prestigious work across the Edinburgh area and beyond, they are now seeking an experienced Craft Joinery Projects Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-focused professional who takes pride in managing finely crafted, design-led projects from concept through to completion.

The Role:

As Projects Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of joinery project delivery, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. You will coordinate internal workshop teams and site joiners, liaise with clients and architects, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple bespoke/craft joinery and high end interior fit-out projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, designers, and consultants
  • Coordinate workshop and site teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and fine detailing
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in managing bespoke/craft joinery and high end interior fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with project management software and documentation
  • A background in heritage or listed buildings/houses is essential
  • Relevant qualifications in construction or project management are essential
