Our Client a Top Tier Construction company is looking for an experienced Residential Liaison Officer/ Administrator for a large residential refurbishment project West London. Candidates should have good IT skills and be competent with MS Office applications, including Excel.
The contract is an external works project, typically roofing and rendering and as a Tenant Liaison Officer you will be on the front line, delivering high quality customer service to a wide range of tenants.
Advise tenants on works being completed
Completing tenancy agreements forms and acting as the main point of contact with any problems/queries that may arise
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates etc.
Attending & chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being completed
Advise tenants of different designs, colour schemes, lighting, etc.
Monitor customer complaints, resolve any potential issues effectively and efficiently and monitor customer satisfaction
All administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc
Typical Hours 8am-4.30 pm
Please note that this is a genuine temporary to permanent contract.
You must have previous Tenant Liaison experience within the Social Housing sector, a valid CSCS card and ideally Asbestos Awareness.
