Job description



Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Maintain and update the HR records and systems.
* Liaise with HR regarding disciplinary and Grievance issues.
* To support managers in recruitment of new staff by posting vacancies, arranging interviews and completing new starter checks.
* To ensure training records are kept up to date and training matrix is updated.
* To source agency staff when required.
* Monitor holidays and sickness.
* To lead on purchasing, including the acquisitions of quotes from supplier's and contractors.
* Raising orders, inputting delivery notes and dealing with account queries.
* Raising sales invoices to send to accounts.

Profile

Skills, Knowledge & experience
* Proven track record in secretarial/business administration
* Ability to organise and prioritise
* Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook at advanced level
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels
