Job description

My client is a well respected national housing developer who has an immediate requirement for an Assistant Site Manager on a prestigious development in Wells.

To be considered for this role you will need to hold your SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and Scaffold Awareness qualifications. As well as this you will need to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of NHBC regulations and taking houses from superstructure to handover.

This is an exciting opportunity that offers competitive rates of pay and the opportunity for permanent employment on successful completion of this contract.
