Job description

Our client is a well run and rapidly expanding residential developer whom are looking for an experienced buyer to join their busy commercial team on a long term career move basis.

Your day to day duties will include-

Being responsible for liaising with other divisions within the company as well as outside suppliers to prepare and place material orders for site.

You will maintain and monitor the current prices to deliver the best cost savings versus quality for the sites.

Skill and experience requires:

*Take off materials and prepare schedules for ordering purposes
*Scheduling procurement and cost reporting
*Attention to detail and a passion for quality house building
*Working to strict deadlines
*Diligent in problem solving
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent communicator
*Team player but able to work on own initiative
