Assistant Site Manager | Truro, Cornwall | £30k - £40k + package

Setsquare are proud to be recruiting an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our Devon & Cornwall based tier 1 Main Contractor client.

This company have an abundance of work on currently, as well as a strong project pipeline of future work, including some of the regions most prestigious buildings. They are searching for an Assistant Site Manager to be a number 2 on a £14m project in Truro, Cornwall.

Typical project values range from £3m to £40m and everywhere in between, with the sweet spot being around £15m. Project sectors include Commercial, Education, Mixed Use, Student Accommodation, Health and Leisure.

The ideal Assistant Site Manager will have tier 1 or tier 2 main contractor experience, and have worked on projects from £3m in value. Sector experience can vary, across Commercial, Education, Mixed Use, Student Accommodation and Health.

On offer is the chance to work on some high profile projects across the region, along with opportunities for progression and development. The base salary ranges from £30k - £40k (dependent on experience) plus package.

As one of the only main contractors to have grown in the last 12 months, and with plans in place to continue that in 2020, it's a great time to join this business.
