Our Client

Our client are a long standing Main Contractor who have been operating for over 100 years. They have developed a reputation based on the quality of their delivery and have built up long standing relationships with clients which has led to plenty of repeat business.

They will undertake both new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors including Education, Residential, Commercial Office, Heritage and others with project values typically ranging anywhere up to £10m.

Geographical operating area typically covers Essex and London.

The Role

We are looking for a Site/Senior Site Manager who has previous experience running projects as the lead manager on site, reporting back in to a visiting Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a particular project, and will be expected to do short-term / look-ahead programming, leading on H&S, undertaking QA, managing multiple subcontractors.

SMSTS, CSCS (Ideally Black Card) and First Aid certificates will be required.

The Salary

In return our client are looking to pay anything from £45,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance + Pension.
