I am currently in need of 2 Site Managers to join a developer who specialise in residential builds within the south east and have secured 2 project in the Croydon area. The 2 projects range between10 to 12 units and are low rise timber frame new build 1& 2 bed flats. The ideal candidate will have multi unit residential experience working for either a main contractor or developer.

Key duties will be -

Management of subcontractors
Short term programming
Be able to lead on H&S
Manage Q/A and Logistics

Essential experience needed -

New Build Residential
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified

My client are looking to pay circa £45k to £55k basic (dependant on experience) plus car allowance and package and are looking to interview in January and start in February again dependant on notice period.
