Our Client

Our client are a Main Contractor based in the Essex region turning over circa £20m. They deliver both new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial and Education with typical project values ranging between £500,000 - £3m.

The Role

Our client are currently looking for an Assistant/Junior Contracts Manager to join the business as they unfortunately have someone leaving the business. You will be working with the Senior management team, dealing with multiple projects from initial conception through to completion. You will have the support of a Contracts Director/Construction Director and a Commercial Team.

This is an opportunity for someone who is keen to step in to a Senior role but might not have the experience of doing so before. Further training and development will be available.

Salary

In return our client are looking to offer a salary of circa £40,000 - £50,000+ package depending on your previous experience.
